The diet is the greatest

Measuring hip volume during the diet itself

Now that we have made a decision to lose weight, let's look for the fastest, easiest, safest, and most effective diet. But most of the time the diet is either quick, safe, effective, or simple. However, among all diets, you can find some diets that combine the maximum of the benefits of various diets and the minimum of disadvantages. Such diets, most diets, are discussed further.

The simplest diet

The simplest diet is a diet, meals and products for which you do not have to choose and cook for a long time, the scheme of which is easy to follow and does not require additional procedures (such as enemas, which are used in some diets). The diet of the simplest diets consists of common foods prepared in the usual way (unless there are restrictions, such as alcohol). The diet is the simplest - this is the usual restriction on caloric intake and the exclusion of harmful foods. Depending on when you plan to lose weight, limit your diet to 200-500 kcal per day, exclude junk food, drink more green tea and you will lose around 3-5 kg each month.

Another of the simplest diets is a diet based on kefir and combinations of kefir with other products (with oatmeal, buckwheat, apples, grapefruit and the like). As a rule, the duration of such a diet is no more than 2 weeks, weight loss reaches 5-7 kg, but it should be remembered that, like all mono diets, kefir diets are not the safest diets. Their diet is unbalanced and the menu is not varied so you shouldn't get carried away by them.

Another of the simplest diets is a balanced diet. This diet is the simplest because on the one hand it regulates your diet clearly, but on the other hand it also leaves room for maneuver. His menu is composed according to the following formula:

  • Breakfast: 100-150 g muesli or cereals, up to 50 g dried fruit, nuts or honey, up to 150 g protein food (eggs, meat, fish, dairy products), tea or coffee without sugar;
  • second breakfast: fruits, vegetables or fermented milk product;
  • Lunch: low-fat soup with vegetables or cereals, meat, poultry or fish in boiled or baked form or in the form of chops or meatballs, for garnishing - legumes, vegetables in any form, cereals or baked potatoes, compote or juice, for dessert - fruit orFruit pudding, jelly;
  • Afternoon snack: fruit, vegetables or fermented milk product (must differ from the second breakfast);
  • Dinner: up to 200 g of protein food (except for lunch) or porridge made from cereals or pulses, vegetables or fruit;
  • before bed: fermented milk product.

A diet according to this formula will allow you to be well nourished, healthy and maintain a nice slim figure, although the result will have to wait several months (depending on your weight). In addition, this is one of the safest diets, there are practically no contraindications, it can be observed at any age and state of health (except for allergies or diseases for which therapeutic diets are indicated). The advantage of this diet is that it is a diet without weight gain - after all, this nutritional formula is nothing more than a healthy balanced diet; When your weight returns to normal, just keep eating this formula and you will stay lean.

When we talk about diets without weight gain, one cannot help but remember the Atkins Diet and the Kremlin Diet. These are not the simplest diets, but in their structure there are separate phases aimed at weight loss and its subsequent stabilization. So if you are looking to permanently lose excess pounds, watch out for these diets, the very best diets without weight gain.

The safest diets

Weigh during the diet itself

The safest diets tend not to be the fastest and don't promise great results in a short period of time. Weight loss is safe for the body to take without harming health. You can't lose more than 1. 5 kg a week, so the safest diet won't get you rid of 6-8 kg a week. However, if you choose to eat safely, you will not only get rid of extra pounds, but you will also maintain and increase your health.

One of the safest diets has already been discussed above. There is another diet, the essence of which is quite simple: you eat as usual every day (excluding only unhealthy foods) and limit your diet to 500 kcal 2 days a week. In this way, you will lose 2-4 kg per month without harming your health.

In general, it is not that difficult to distinguish the safest diet from the one that can harm you: If the diet is very limited in the amount of food consumed and whole food groups are excluded from it (e. g. meat or cereals), thensuch a diet is not safe. If the diet contains all the necessary products of both vegetable and animal origin, then there are liquid, hot dishes, meals made from raw vegetables, quick carbohydrates (honey, berries, sweet fruits, nuts, dried fruits) and the calorie content of the food on this diet is at least 1300-1500kcal per day, this diet is the safest.

The toughest diets

These diets are the strictest, not everyone can withstand them, they are very difficult to tolerate and can be harmful to your health.

The abc diet (Ana Boot Camp) can take first place among the toughest diets - this is a long-term diet with extreme restriction of calorie intake (on the "fullest" days no more than 800 kcal) and regular hunger strikes. You can call this diet the most dangerous - even fasting on water is less harmful to the body than the ABC diet.

Even among the strictest diets, all mono-diets and diets with limited food choices can be called - even if the foods that make up the diet satisfy the hunger, start on days 2-3. to feel severe discomfort from a monotonous meal, and by days 5-6 you already start to hate everything you eat. Not everyone can transfer such a diet.

Another toughest diet is "3 eggs 2 oranges". As the name suggests, your daily diet is limited to 3 eggs of any type and 2 oranges or an equal amount of grapefruit. Such a diet is the most real hunger strike, and although the products used in it are very useful in themselves, there are too few of them. The calorie content of the diet of such a diet does not exceed 450-480 kcal per day, with a norm of 2000 kcal, that is, this diet does not even cover the energy needs of the body by ¼!

How to choose the best diet

When choosing a diet, don't blindly believe friends' reviews - the diet that suits them may not work for you. In order to choose the best diet for yourself, first answer yourself a few questions: how long do you give yourself to lose weight and how many pounds do you want to lose, are you willing to constantly cook diet dishes, or don't have time for it, you canEat 5-6 times a day, will you exercise, which foods are easy to remove from your diet and which are the most difficult to part with, do you have illnesses? of internal organs and other contraindications to nutrition. . .

The answers to these questions will determine which diet is right for you.
